Melvin Shane Sparks (Shane Sparks) of Mtv’s America’s Best Dance Crew has been arrested & charged with 9 counts of child molestation! (according to TMZ.com)

TMZ has the court documents showing the violations that began in 1994.

This is crazy! a court judge ordered the felony warrent & Police took him into custody early this morning. His bail is set at $590,000!!

Documents say he was arrested upon violations “with the intent of arousing, appealing to, and gratifying the lust, passions, and sexual desires of the defendant, who was at least 10 years older than [the victim].”
